Wtf?! Asus Maximus Formular + GPU?!?

Wait wait wait... Ive got my new Maximus motherboard (x38) laying next to me, ready to be fitted, and I just saw something in the forums that suggests it CANT run with Nvidia cards?!?!

Is that right or is this some sick dream?!

Im panicking to hell here people, Argh!
If thats right, why doesnt it say anything in the description?!
"NOT compatible with Nvidia cards"
"Supports ATI" is hardy a statement saying that!

Well I have an X38 mobo and I've heard nothing about only being able to use ATi cards. I think you are getting confused with the crossfire certified label.

somebody's got the wrong end of the stick

it just cant run nvidia cards in SLI

its fine for single GPUs.
