Hello, ive been trying to buy a computer case throught OC online, however whenever i finish the order, it just takes me back to the homepage and there are no orders in my order history?

I know this isnt a hardware problem but i dont know where else i could post
does anyone have a clue?
 
post in the customer support forum, although since they wont work overnight, your best bet is to ask via a webnote or phone them in the morning

Filled out the little box for the cards security code on the back?

Online bank verification pop up box (VISA) to check your the cards owner?

You would get emails if you had, check that.

Also have you tried different browsers? If that doesn't work order form a different computer? I don't know what the issue is but if you are filling out everything I don't see how those wouldn't solve it :confused:

Did you get this and was it verified successfully? (for some reason my last order failed this and i had to reorder).

Did you get a confirmation e-mail? (usually get this immediately if order successful).
