wtf is up with Xbox Live?

ah that would explain a lot. Bought my 1st 360 tonight and having alsorts of problems with live. Was about ready to box up and take back to the store for a refund. But if its tech difficulties at there end ill give it some time to settle down :)

Me and DanMc07 were having trouble on Madden08 3-4 times it let us start the game and 2-3 plays into it it just froze and said to both of us that out opponents connections had been lost, we had played 3 games prior to this... wierd.

Bunch of pros, is it up and running okay this morning?
 
Live has been a bit dodgy for me since COD4 was released as it happens, same as when Halo3 hit seems they struggle with the sudden surge, hopefully they sort it out.
 
had problems late lastn ight, would let me or two others into CoD4 (was in a party) and kept dying eventually came back up though after 30-40 minutes.

Other people had problems as well, knew of 5 in total.

How is it this morning?
