To be honest this year is better than last... as last year we got nothing

At least we have had some nice weather Tho i think it gave everyone expectations of a nice summer lol!

Today was weird, was fair nice all day, then in the space of 5 mins it started lashing down good style! Talking bouncing rain, instant puddles!

Last year was very nice in spring. We had about 6 weeks of great warm (sunbathing warm)weather.

Here all the vineyard farmers say that the weather is like this due to a certain number of full moons in the year (I can't remember the exact number). It sounds superstitious but they all say the same thing with a Gallic shrug and get on with it.

i do not like the heat summer usually brings, i prefer the cold so i am hoping this one is a washout and so far it seems good apart from the odd very hot night

it's turning into a summer like last year, totally rubbish! i think it rained pretty much all july and august last year down south. this year it's starting even worse, rain and near gale force winds! nooooooo!

it's like we get spring, spring/autumn, autumn then winter and completly miss summer.

The weather this year has been utterly crap round these parts (southampton) so far. It's July and all we're getting is thick grey cloud and rain.

Whoever stole summer. I want it back please.

In fact this crappy weather we're getting when it should be nice is just further enforcing my belief that moving abroad is the best course of action for the future. Honestly, this place is just a joke that's getting less funny by the day.

i was camping in croyde over the weekend on a stag, very v=wet and very uncomfortable! but the weather meant bloomen awesome surfing!!!!!
