The internet went out like an hour ago, so decided to go on my mobile data (I'm on pay-as-you-go). It said I had £0.05, so I decided to top up and selected the debit card option. Apparently my card was already saved with three, so I entered the amount I wanted (just £5) and entered my security digits.

It then went on to explain the different add ons you can do, but I wasn't interested so I hung up. I checked my balance after the call and it said I had £25.05....

I never once typed in or specified I wanted £25.. And I'm going to assume that's been instantly taken out my account?

What can I do from here? Suck it up or will three support be able to retract £20 from my balance and refund me that?

:/ emailed them and they basically said I could've entered £25 by mistake instead of £5, but I'm pretty damn sure I only pressed 5 on my phone. Then they reassured me the balance will always be there (o rly?). Looks like I won't get a refund, even tho there was zero confirmation, etc.

I feel scammed :(

'2' is right above '5', did you accidentally hit 2 at the split second before 5?

Definitely pressed the 5. :/
