WTF, the glass panel on my Hazro WA has shifted

The glass panel on my Hazro WA has somehow become unstuck, slid down half a centimetre on the right hand side and re sealed its self although with a gap at the top that lots of dust has gotten in through.

I should have paid the extra for a dell...

I will try and get a picture with my terrible phone camera.

this does not sound good - i really hope this is within warranty!

I bought it last summer, so yeah. Should be. I've been having trouble with the backlight too.

It looks like it was attached with double sided tape...

The whole thing is off now.

Edit: They should have used duck tape!

Oh dear

I hope they fix it for you. I know it's a 'budget' professional monitor but it's still a LOT of money , this shouldn't happen!

Especially for a student! The back-light has been dodgy too, so I was planning on returning it eventually, just didn't want to have to do it in the middle of term ><

I wish I could get refunded and pay the extra for a Dell (I say extra, the dell actually seems to be cheaper than the glass WD now). I don't suppose that's an option this far into the warranty? I must say though it has converted me over to glossy panels, they do look very nice, even nicer with the glass.
