WTF with PES8?

Doing master league, won almost all games, team is ranked S so i can deal with other teams etc etc, have loads money. no matter WHAT i offer i cant get ANY playes, messi, kaka, torres, etc etc just keeps coming up Negotiations broke down.

wtf? is there some trick to this ?

In all honesty, I have absolutley no idea - never had any problems with negotiations. Squad size perhaps?

I always find negotiations were too easy in FIFA making the whole game easy.

To get decent players in PES (at least 1-6, haven't played 7) it was never about your team rank but more about hte figures.

To actually buy a really good player I had to offer at least twice their actual value, a nice long contract and 1.5 times their wages.

I found it easier to trade players, allowing me to get great players for cheaper cost and get rid of the crap I did not want in my squad.

managed to get owen, gerrard and mutu. friggin hard though i wanted kaka messi and ibrahimovic.

I'm finding it a lot harder on this edition too. If you add a player to your favourite list then it lists how likely that player is to join you.

C. Ronaldo is currently at 0 and won't be joining Spurs.
