WTF Xbox 360

Hi all got an issue

I was given an xbox 360 and I log in using what I am 99% sure is the right account VIA my PC just to see if I am right on the details as its faster then joystick typeing VIA xbox

.

I log in and I know I have purchased a fair few games but none show in my purchase history or any thing WTF has MS deleted it all or what also my gamertag etc is not what it used to be

Please help this is taking the peee

It looks like the 1% is the right answer. Maybe you had a different Windows Live ID?

If you keep your emails i'd go through them to try find a reference ... I normally flag important stuff . But usually have emails from ms in regards my account even tho ive not used gold in years

When I swapped out my sons 360 I needed to do the license transfer to see and access his purchase history. Did you do this?

Licence transfer ? no i did not all I did was wipe the old xbox 360 clean.but then decided to keep the same xbox and now it shows no games

How do I do this licence thing might be worth a shot

I thought the licence transfer was only for using the games offline?

But honestly as others have said, it's probably the 1% and you have the wrong account.

I think the biggest clue is in the fact you said your gamertag was different to what you remembered it. This definitely suggests you're using the wrong login details. Gamertags won't change of their own accord.
