When I seen it, I immediately made a connection with the Ferrari 360 Modena, I might be made but the whole width, length and the alloy wheels and general shape of the car, despite having a volvo front and a longggg flat roof shouts ferrari.

Call me crazy but i think that idiot put the hammer and chizzel to his ferrari to make it look like that.

They chopped the roof, seen it more then a few times on Japan cars ( I guess they dont need that headroom always ).

A speed bump would write it off pretty much Does it have any suspension left? Maybe its just sitting on deflated air suspension
