Hi computer pals, can you help me with a slight problem.

Was spray painting my dell computers case satin black, whilst turning it around I hit the power button which I think changes the voltage?!? The computer made a slight noise then went off and wont go back on, how do i reset the computer.

Yeah was in the middle of downloading so didnt want to turn it off!

Wont do anything oressing the on button but there is still a light on the motherboard?!?

Yeah I hit the 110-220v switch but I put it back straight away.

should have waited and painted it outside but wanted to do it straight away.

Was spraying it in the front room, am 28 years old and live on my own so not sure where the bedroom chat came from lol

Actually thought having it switched on would make the paint dry quicker, live and learn eh!

Is there no other way to get it back on, will the power psu defo be nailed?

Wasnt my best idea, although had worse lol

The paint wasnt water based, so no problems there!

No filth for me tonight boys, meh!

Can take pics tomorrow, also some of the over spray on the desk and wall

!!
