WTF!

Hi Chaps

I apologise if this is in the wrong section, but here goes......

I ordered £500 worth of computer stuff from O/C on Monday and today I only received my case and monitor! everything else is missing! I have emailed them but its so frustrating.

And to make it worse I have someones RMA motherboard...and I'm away on holiday from Monday! they had better get their ass's in gear!

has anyone else had this sort of problem?

Was the rest of the stuff in stock when you ordered?

yep, everything was in stock. What is their normal procedure on this?

Did I bad mouth them? I have only stated their mistake and yes a phone call they shall receive, but unfortunately I finish work at 6 and they close at 5.30.......
