I haven't played F.E.A.R for ages and because I never bothered finishing it I have reinstalled it and browsed for the latest patch to make sure the game is as bug free as it can be and begger me. I was shocked to see the patch was a wopping 588mb 
. I can understand such large patches on MMos to expand the world to stop players getting board but I never seen such a huge patch on a Single player FPS before.
