exactly what it says on the tin - keep an eye on it for a few days and it should at some point manage to send alright
It's usually as a result of one of the servers going down for a while, possibly just over the weekend
edit: yep as expected it's due to the server being in "Reject" mode (171.64.122.136 in this case), I'm not sure why this stops the collection server receiving it either but it should be sorted relativiely soon
