Ya, I was just wondering if there was a way to make it install the OS or another partition/drive.

I don't think you can do this and it would be a massive pain even if you could. Doesn't Wubi install essentially to a file?

I'm not sure why you'd want to to be honest. Ubuntu automates the whole dual booting thing if you just follow the basic instructions and let it do its thing.
