The Datatool alarm on my bike which was fitted 11 years ago when the bike was new died so I purchased a new cat 1 Meta 357T-V2 from Ebay for £101.
I then got http://bikealarmman.com/ to fit it and he did a really good job of installing it which is not suprising considering his credentials.
If you are in the West Midlands area and need any alarm work doing I would recommend Pete. He charged me £80 for fitting the alarm with me travelling to him in Hinckley. He does travel all over the UK as well but obviously it costs more.
