Anyone ever used these ?

they have a few deals at the minute, 12month contracts with 12month free line rental

D500, W800i and Pink Razer as far as I know.
Reconditioned units but hey its cheap.

So anyone ?

Used them a couple of times no problem.
Redemption deals are a pain though if you need to send in old bills etc for the discount but if you remember to do it then it is fine.

looks like they want bills from months 4,8 and 12

The D500 the cashback offers ends up paying you lol

Any more info on the cashback redemption mate?

The send you some vouchers with the phone and you have to send those vouchers into them with the appropriate copy of the bill at the right time.
If it is late you don't get the discount.
Sending recorded delivery would probably make sense too. I have to send some off soon, I better check when.

When I was researching to buy phone last november, I found that most websites did this pain up the back side redemption deals. So i just went and bought a 12 month contract phone from the Orange shop. Simple.

To answer your question I've used onestopphoneshop twice and they have been fantastic.

i used them once but never again, the phone I wanted wasnt in stock so I rang up, emailed and told them not to bother 2 weeks later the phone arrived as I wasnt in my wife signed for it and they told me I should have refused the delivery and had to pay the cost of postage back all because of their mistake

OneStopPhoneShop and E2save are both part of Carphone warehouse so they should be the same apart from the customer service staff.

Each to their own, i've had deals from onestop and e2save, both are on par with each other, i had good service with both.

I've seen in other forums that E2save customers have had better service with cashback deals than onestop customers though.

But very similar.

For a bit of balance, I have used them three times - the first two = great.

The last time? Well let's say that it took threats of legal action to get their attention and only after 15 (yes, 15) attempts on my part to get in touch with them to properly resolve what was tantamount to theft.

e2Save.com are fantastic!

Cheers,
James
