Wyse Terminal problem

We have had this problem with quite a few of our Wyse terminals. One in particular is a Wyse Terminal WT3125SE.

Sometimes when people connect, the resolution is too high. This means users cannot see part of their displays like the taskbar. Simply pulling the power for 10 seconds then plugging back in seems to sort it

I have tried searching for Wyse Terminal resolution problems etc but cannot find a solution.


Does anyone have any ideas?
 
Any ideas anyone? I have been testing with a terminal and found an option in control panel > display to set resolution but this is limited by the monitor so it isnt the same problem.

The problem is that Citrix is allowing any resolution, so people cannot see part of the screen. (rather like launching vnc viewer on a 1024x768 res to a machine running 1280x1028)
 
We run a Citrix environment with Wyse terminals, and I've only ever seen this when you need to press the 'auto' button on the monitor.

Do you mean the problem occurs when you press the auto button on the monitor or the problem is solved by pressing the auto button?
