X -> 4 PIN Fan Adapter?

Hi there.

I have a question. I've seen 4 PIN Molex connection to 3 pin fan connections (See HERE for example)

But is there an adapter which provides for 4 pin fan connections? I want to power 2 x sets of these fans.

Any suggestions welcome.

I bought one of these from Overclockers last week, Akasa FLEXA FP5S 5 Fan PWM Controller.

Is it just the Sata power connector that needs hooking up or is the connector needed as well or optional?

I have mine setup to 4 fans useing both connectors, If I have time tonight I will try disconnecting the motherboard PWM header and see what happens. I guess the fans will just run at full speed.

I would think your motherboard will have case fan connectors or a spare CPU connector, which you can plug it in to.

I have just tried it on my PC without the connector and the fans just run at full speed, hope this helps
