X-FI Elite Pro a worthwhile upgrade from Audigy4 Pro?

Hi all,

As subject says. I do everthing, music/DVDs/games. Will I get much better sound on the X-Fi Elite Pro (speakers in sig) or should I stick with the Audigy4 Pro?

I think the Audigy4 Pro is better than the Audigy 2zs, but I was told that the Audigy4 Pro had a better DAC than the X-Fi which makes the sound clearer, is this true?
