X-Fi Fatal1ty to Case headphone socket

Reading the specs I can't see if the X-Fi Fatal1ty can be connected to the headphone/mic sockets on my Coolermaster Stacker case - can anyone confirm if it can or can't be, or is the Creative panel my only option for a front mounted headphone socket?

Well, I have that same case and sound card--or at least variants of the two, since I have the Stacker 830 Evolution and Platinum Fatal1ty card--and I don't think it can be done. As far as I'm aware, the only X-Fi card which is compatible with the front audio ports found on most cases is the Xtreme Gamer. I think, with your card, the front I/O bay is probably required.

I think you can, my 810 has lots of wires so if you're 100% sure what goes where (Azalia, AC97 and HD) but if you wire it up wrong..poof dead soundcard.
I just use the headphone stage on my integrated amplifier instead, higher quality with 6.25mm connector.
