THX doesn't mean anything worthwhile on consumer equipment, it's purely marketing.

THX is nothing more than a sound certification that was invented by george lucas. and on a pc is about as useful as nipples on a bull.

It means it has been developed in a controlled enviroment (studio) meeting THX requirements, which is basically a load of crap in any aspect of of THX certified equipment.

yeah its marketing BS at its finest. Its no suprise when creative and thx are in eachother pockets.
