X-Fi Xtreme - Gamer OR Music?

I have been doing a bit of reading up on both and not sure which i should get the X-fi Gamer or the X-fi Music soundcard. I have creative 5.1 speaker setup and 5.1 medusa headset with amp i listen to music and play games with both which one do you think i should get?

No i am not running vista yet but i'm gonna have to install it when dx 10 games come out
