X-Fi XtremeMusic Issues

For some reason, whilst playing music i unplugged my speakers and plugged in my headphones and my computer crashed. Had to reboot.

When this was done my card was no longer detected as a device.

When trying to install drivers, it cannot detect the device, i have tried different pci slots but still no joy.

Any idea how to overcome this?

Try pullling card out and refit and boot up again.

Ive had this issue years ago.
