Stop seeing this woman about a month ago, however she still has some of my things which I'm trying to get back, but it's been a nightmare.
Two weeks ago she txts me, saying she is drunk very drunk, told her not my problem.
I've been really polite asking her for my things back, start of last week I called her see when the best time was told Thursday however said she was having a conversation with her barrister around 3pm but she'll call me to let me know when I can come to pick up my stuff.
I wait till 11 pm no call so I start txting her, she then turns round and says she said I could come after 4pm, I told her she never said that and I have a recording on my phone.
So of course ****ed off I went to her house at 12 am to get my things back, she starts to scream bla bla then lets me in, then she says I frighten her, at this point I think wtf she then says I need mental help etc.... at this point I start getting emotional abuse so I leave.
next day she txts me, you really scared her etc... but i guess this is to show her firends etc... to get some sympathy. txt her back telling her that i was polite etc.. and she was the one that was emotionally abusive towards me, and all I wanted is to collect my things yet she makes it more difficult. I asked her to give me a date to pick up my things, she still hasnt replied.
Now I really want my things back and just don't know how to go about it, this is really annoying me, but I was thinking maybe I should do a small claims against her for the value of my stuff.
