As long as you use short optical drives, then it'll just about fit.

got a spare antec 430 would that be ok with pioneer 109 drives

There was a fad for putting a particluar Seasonic PSU in that had the wire bundle coming out on the RHS so it missed the drive cage. It is very tight in there with a standard PSU though. It's a very similar situation with the Silverstone Sugo too.
