This is a brillaint deal especially given you get the recently released Albion Prelude as part of the deal. At the same time im pretty annoyed as i paid almost £20 a few weeks back to get X3:TC and X3 - Albion Prelude and you can now get all X games for £9.99 or the above 2 for just under £5.

Which doesn't help you in the slightest in DiD mode, the clues in the name, dead is dead.

This. The rule goes that you're only allowed to save when you're logging off for the day and you're only allowed to load when you're startting up again. Aside from that, if you die, your save files go bye-bye. Bearing in mind how much time you can sink into an X game that must be infuriating when it happens.

Takes lot of time and effort if you do this never ever ever ever use autopilok. Auto Pilot yer worst nightmare in this game on dead is dead. Currently have a save game with 300+ hours in dead is dead mode. Also lost one with 200+ hours due to autopilok.

Oh I know about the autopillock, it used to give me no end of bother. It always used to have real trouble docking at Argon stations for some reason.

Sometimes I miss the X games, and then I remember how much time they suck out of your life. I think the only other games which have had me so absorbed are Elite II and Morrowind!
