X-Tensions Full Metal 2.1 Speaker System

Has anyone bought or heard the X-Tensions Full Metal 2.1 Speaker System?

They are made of solid aluminium which is the same as the Acoustic Energy Aego M 2.1 Speakers which I am tempted to buy.

The X-Tensions Full Metal system looks good and has a remote which is lacking with the Aego

Go for the Aego's

Loads of people will agree they are very solid and sound great.

Thanks for that Daniel, I have read all the good reports on the Aegos but wondered what X-tensions were like, especially as they have a remote

I'd go for the Aegos, too; I can't imagine the 4" subwoofer on the X-Tensions would do an awful lot in the bass department.

I haven't heard those speakers but can't imagine they're in the same league as the Aego's. Athe Acoustic M's are widely regarded as the best you can get for the money so I very much doubt a set half the price will compare.
