Powercool Cpu's? any good? They seem to have the price tags and I have seen some good reviews, Powercool X-Viper Modular 500W 80+ PSU Power Supply Unit... thoughtS?

PSU is easily the most important part of a computer.

Better to invest in a good quality one from a well known brand as they can take out multiple components if they blow.

Seasonic
SuperFlower
Enermax
Corsair

They would be the brands I would be looking at.

yeeeh i am going for a corsair 430 modular

That's not a quality psu in the true sense. It uses cheap internals and is not really a 430w unit as it can only deliver 384w on the 12v rail. Corsair cheaped out on their psu's once they got established and swapped to cheaper OEMs.

Powercool are crap by the way. Extremely poor quality psu's which is why they are never reviewed by the main review sites.

Never, ever skimp on the psu. It's the single most important component in a pc. Invest in a good one and it will last you through several upgrades.
