X1650 AGP Advice Plz?

Hey all, my uncle is planning to upgrade his AGP build just to give it some extra legs until he gets a whole new one, he'll be looking to play Halo 2 on it and I was wondering if this card would play it at least smoothly? and is this card better than a 6600GT? as I have a 6600GT and it runs Halo 2 fine, if it wont can you recommend a card below 50/60£ thats AGP and will run the more modern, or demanding games? yeah it'll run Halo 2 fine, its better than your 6600GT.

It has similar performance to a 6800GT. I would look for a second hand ATI X1800/1900 on the bay.

You know, at one time the X16xx series use to suck monkey balls and barely keep up with a 6600 Vanilla, yet looking at benches now the thing is snapping at the heels of cards that cost twice the price. What the hell? Driver update miracles anyone?

If memory serves, the x1600 was pretty bad and the x1650Pro pretty good.

Try and find a nice Geforce 7600GT if you can... Probably similar sort of performance to an x1650.

Can be had for sensible money as well.
