my card seems to struggle when playing games

for example when i play PES6, it even stutters during the menu screen

i previously had a 9700pro (broke) so i kept the same drivers (lastest)

i simply took out old card, and put in new one

do i need to reinstall drivers or anything?

could it be a power problem?

Personally i would completely remove your old drivers,and then reinstall new ones again and see how that goes first.
