X1650pro and shuttle

i've just built my kids a shuttle (SN45G) with the graphics card (x1650pro 256mb) but cannot seem to be able to play any games , keep getting errors about direct3d not working , directX 9c is installed

have all the latest Nforce drivers for the shuttle and Catalyst drivers for the X1650.

is there a compatability issue with the older shuttles and newer gen g/cards?

or is there any work around to get them working together?

or do i have to get an older g/card?


i would be greatful for any advice

hmm that is strange have you installed the latest version of direct x ? also there have been some issues with the version 7.8.7.9 of ati drivers and agp cards mainly the 1950 range but it coudl also efect the 1650. people were recommended to uses 7.7 or earlier till they fix this.
