X1800 XT 256MB GDDR3

i will be looking for a card for my new ds3 and anadale chip , i will be using my anadale with the new asrock vsta 755 mobo for the moment as i dont want to pay for a new graphics card , so i can conti 6800gt for the moment .
anyway point of this post is
can this graphics card over clock well? if so by how much , and is it worth it performance wise?
how much of a boost over my agp 6800gt will i have? many thanks guys!

x1800 XT will blow the 6800 GT away in performance, and they overclock pretty well to, i went from an x800 XT PE to the x1800 XT, and the performance increase is absolutely staggering, and the x800 XT PE is faster than the GT, so id get some new pants on order as well.

cheers so this card would be ok for a 20 inch wide screen monitor ? with most games on full whack?

Well it'd certainly be a lot better than a 6800GT which would struggle at such resolutions.

The X1800XT 256MB I had coped easily with every game I owned at 1280x960 and 1600x1200, so it should cope well enough in 1680x1050. As said, you'll notice a vast improvement over your 6800GT.
