Hi,

I was wondering what the best ATI X1800 XT drivers where just now? Should I be using the Omega ones or the standard Catalyst ones?

Also, what kind of overclock can I reasonably expect on the X1800 XT?

Official 6.5's here to, working great. :)

Loadsa - sorry another ccc query :D. I take it if your using ccc there no way to dictate the fan speed depending on temperature. It all automated and i couldn't quite see unless i use atitool or something.

If i opt for that then i to disable the 2 services that ati have is that right? Cannot remember what the service names are.

Yup, get ATi Tray Tools, that has the built in GPU fan controller.

Can't remember off hand, but these 2x ring a bell for something.

ATI Hotkey Poller
ATI Smart

As said above also, ATi Tray Tools has it built in. :)
