Well i must say... what a price drop :D

I can now afford one of these babies when i get my new pc and hopefully they will drop again within the time i buy my new pc :D

Im guessing the x1900xt must be a beast to make the x1800 drop this much.

Bring on the graphics price war :D

The x1800xt will not remain this low priced.

something to do with OCUK having a special deal with ATI. But the powercolor x1800xt will go back up in price this afternoon.

It may come back down again, but it would be a matter of weeks for it to do so.

If you are wanting a bargain at present though then it is well worth it.

It won't go up in price from this weeks until Thursday Lemonkettaz as thats when they update the Weekly offers. I am very very tempted by that lol but am waiting to see what the x1900xt price is. If its over £400 i will get the x1800xt and wait till the nice spangly new gen cards come out.

Yep I just bought a X2 3800+ and then the day after its in the weekly offers section and I'm thinking oh great. Luckily it was only about £7 less than what I paid so no biggy.

Gibbo said in another thread (think it's called "tempted at these prices") that the cards would be going back up in price today. If i could have waited till thursday I would've as i get paid on Wednesday and i've had to use a CC.

Hi there

The This Week Only price is £274.95 +VAT!!
However temporary it has been reduced to just £239.95 +VAT until later today upon which time the price will increase back to £274.95 +VAT.

If you want one BUY NOW, as if ATI are unwilling to throw more cash our way the prices will go up and remain until the stock is sold out as there is not many left as we have sold 115 units since dropping the price. :D

P.S. X1900's now available to buy and in stock. :)

Hi,

Ok so the powercolour one is gonna shoot up in price but what about the other cards as there going for £249.95 +VAT, specifically this one:

HIS Excalibur ATI Radeon X1800 XT 512MB GDDR3 AVIVO TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-043-HT)

Are these gonna shoot up and when will this be? Could i order one around 5.30pm and get that price?

Is upgrading to the X1800 XT worth it, ive got a X800 XL at the moment,.

The X1800 XT seems's a great bargain,.. but the performance hit in counter strike source might not be huge for me...

Or will it ?

My finger is hovering over BUY IT but i dont know if i should...

Those are nearly sold out, only a handful of cards left, something like 5 units.....
