X1800XT looking bad

as title says my X1800XT looks like it's no more, if it turnes out that way, has anyone had an experience with connect3d's RMA? if so what's it like.
If the card is dud what can I expect as a replacment from them if they will?

You wont get anything from Connect3D, as sadly they are no more.

Has Diamond not taken them over though?. I'm not sure and it's just a stab in the dark.

Erm, well try and contact Diamond about it. Also have you tried connect3d website as if Diamond has actually taken them over then the website might still be up.

I've never RMA'd a card before so I won't be much help.

If Diamond didn't buy them over and Connect3D is bust then you're pretty much stuck.
