plan on watercooling just the graphics card next week i heard there load but are they loader than the usaul x850 xt pe they look the same coolers

I went from an X800 GTO² running at beyond X850 XT PE speeds to an X1800XT 256MB, and believe me you will be blown away beyond your expectations. It was even better when I fitted a VF900-Cu and clocked it up to 730/900.

Only ise Overdrive so far and its puts the core to 700Mhz which happens to be the max overdrive will goto lol

Doesn't seem to do anything with the RAM though

Overdrive is rubbish, there's an ATI Tool overclocking guide for X1K cards on these forums.

Doesnt look like its gunna be today , i got my comfirmation email yesterday and stupidly assumed that was also the dispatch email , i say stupidly coz ive ordered many many things from ocuk so i should have known better

Anyway i ordered card and mobo yesterday at around 1pm , and got the dispatch email this morning around 10am, so i wont be getting my bits today

on the plus side i just won a 45 quid prize draw on my clans website

Try again, the sliders snap back down to default after a few seconds if you hold the mouse button down. Just single click where you want the sliders.

Overdrive is rubbish, there's an ATI Tool overclocking guide for X1K cards on these forums.

When I use the 'show 3D view' tab on ATI Tool with my Connect 3D x1800XT, I get these 16 yellow splodges over the window but I don't when running the artifact scan. Is this just a bug in ATI Tool? It's definately not artifacts as I've got no problem with games.

Yes, it's a bug. Overclocking with ATI Tool is perfectly fine but the artifact scanner is totally whack, and whatever you do don't use automatic find-max/overclocking.

Just OC as you normally would with a CPU. Increase clocks a bit then stress test (3D Mark 06 for this.)

Thats not right, if you ordered at 1pm you'll get them today for sure, doesnt matter about the dispatch e-mail, as ive had them after ive hd my stuff delivered sometimes, if was all in stock it will be today.

Im sure citylink deliver up to about 6pm or possibly later.

I ordered a 1800XT yesterday night but with a Lian V2000 which isnt in stock (1-3days). I wonder if they will wait to get the case in stock and then send all of them together
