X1900 Crossfire card screen interference issue

Now I've put the master back in, I'm getting bios/post screen, xp loading screen - then just a blank screen. Guess the monitor/display order has got messed up in windows. :(

It was some wierd xp64 issue - it thought I had 2 monitors and the (only one) I had connected was screen 2. Hence no icons etc, and why I thought it was just showing a blank screen.

A bit of messing about, driver removal and reinstall and all is well again. Just ran 3dmark06 and got a score of 8199 which isn't too bad... :D

I think I'll see how it goes.......

Hmm.... I've set my memory voltage in the bios from "auto" to 2.7, and the interference was even less, so I set it to 2.6v ans its hardly noticable now. Guess in my case the EMI is actually caused by the regulator for dimm voltage - probably the usual culprit as I think this is when it used to whine/sing on my first board, and various discussions seem to indicate a lot of problems with some types of memory....?

Guess its a design problem/component issue on the board then, agrivating a (possible) tollerance issue on the gfx card??
