x1900xt 256mb > 8800gts 320mb

Aye it's worth it, I went from an X1900XT 512MB to an 8800GTS 640MB because the XT died. The GTS has impressed me very much so far and I wasn't planning this upgrade at all, in fact I did it bitterly.

Not at all, the X1900XT is still good. Well, not mine because it died.

I still wouldn't have made the upgrade if my X1900XT didn't die, but there's nothing I can do now but keep it positive and use the 8800GTS to its potential now that I have it.
