x1900xt fan voltage? Control rad from header?

what is the voltage supplied to the reference hsf?

Would I be able to attach the fan from my radiator on the gfx watercooling loop to this header and allow ati tool or the cat drivers to control the fan speed.
The gfx card is the only item on the loop, cpu is phase cooled.
