x1900xt fault

hi all...bought a x1900xt from ocuk this week..first ati card...after installing card and reformat etc my pc is coming up with a "cli" command line interface fault and needs to shut down..within the fault window is the ati emblem..guessing the card has a fault of some sort??

please help..

yes i have the .NET framework installed..

never bought a ati card before due to an history of driver issues..first card..ball ache!!!
