X1900XT - Noise and Cooling

Hi, as we all know - the weather is getting warmer and my ATI X1900XT hasn't stopped whining since the Winter...

Instead of splashing out for a new card or on water cooling... would the cheaper alternative be one of these:

Thermalright HR-03 Rev.A VGA Cooler

It doesn't come with a fan, so which quiet 92mm fan would be the best bet to get? Is the cooler worth it?

Would I also need to purchase RAM sinks for my card?

You can fit a 12cm fan to this cooler, just use a bit of bent wire or click ties.

I've read there are 2 ways of installing this, which way is more efficient?
