X1900XT ok on an OCZ PS 520W PSU?

Quick question guys before the daddy long legs get me...

Just got a HIS X1900XT ICEQ 3, will my OCZ Powerstream 520W cope with this easily?

Rest of spec is:
A64 3000+
DFI NF4 SLI-DR
Ballistix 2GB DDR
WD740GD + WD3200JD
DVDRW
DVDROM

I cant see it being a problem considering Im going from a X850XT PE, but no harm in double checking especially as Ill have to o/c a bit to try and ensure Im not slowing the GFX card down...
