I sent my graphics card back on the 31st of July, so it will be two weeks on Monday I think. Should only take one or two more weeks after that according to the people at OcUK, as it was sent right off to Sapphire the same day because it's truly buggered.ATI said:how long has it been sinceu rma to ocuk?
Úlfhednar said:If you bought your card under 28 days ago then expect a replacement within a week as OcUK will handle it themselves, but if you bought it over 28 days ago then expect to wait up to six weeks as it will go back to the manufacturer.
I'm currently waiting on a replacement X1800XT, but as I bought mine over 28 days ago it's gone to Sapphire and will probably take three more weeks for another to be sent back. Then again, the X1800XT hasn't been made since January, so chances are I will probably get an X1900GT back unless they have leftover X1800 in the warehouse.
Still hoping they'll send out an X1900XT but I am not counting on it.![]()

Just glad it's not a Gainward, as the RMA needs to go back to Germany!
As said, 28 working days is about six weeks in RMA language. I just had to RMA an X1800XT two weeks ago and have been using an X300SE since on a 1440x900 panel, so you can imagine how I feel.tweakinfreak said:Hope its not 6 weeks? I rather a realistic timescale from OCuk than a best case senario!!
Using a Sony Vaio 12" laptop after using my NEC 20WGx2 screen is a pain in the behind...!!
