My Connect 3d x19001tx intermittently blurrs the screen for a few seconds. It is the same sort of effect as switching the s-video sharpness from 'more' to 'less'. It doesn't seem to happen (or isn't noticable) when playing games, it is mostly when i'm web browsing. I can be reading through the threads on this site, for example and the screen blurrs for two to three seconds. Not a major problem i know but it is really begining to bug me.
Anyone have similar problems or any ideas/suggestions on how to sort it?

I had the exact same thing with the card im using just now (HiS X800 GTO). I formatted my pc and i also installed a new psu at the time and it went away. Im using driver's 6.3 cat

I got a new connect 3d x1900xt-x today...and i get the same thing. When I start the ATI control panle I get a couple of flickers on the screen. I also get this when I come out of a game.
One more thing...I use a DFI mobo...and when I start the comp the DFI logo comes up before windows boots. The colours on the logo are all corrupted since installing the x1900...anyone else iwith this issue???

its not a bug lol well if it is a bug its not a hardware bug...

when starting up CCC on my system the TFT and SVideo i have connected to my TV will flicker aswell.

those flickers are normal i think, happens more when you use svideo out on the card to, its just the drivers detecting your settings thats all.

and if you dont want any flickering at all in CCC untick this option : Display detection option, enable manual detection! :)

yeah, the flickering is not the problem - thats normal.
The blurring, however is not. It is definitely NOT the monitor as the same setup works fine when i swap my old X800gto2 in its place. In the past i did uninstall the drivers and do a reinstall (v6.3) which seemed to sort the problem but only temporarily - it has now come back. It recently has started to do it whilst playing FEAR aswell.?????

i too had the blurring on my sapphire x1800xt.Its not here on my powercolour 1900.I couldnt get rid of it even after reinstall.that was cat6.2
