X1900XTX or just XT in Crossfire - What should I go for.

With the recent price drop I am planning to get an X1900 but I am wanting to go Crossfire in a couple of weeks also. With the master card only running at 625mhz is it worth getting a 650mhz XTX to go along with it or should I just stick with an XT?

I think for the sake of £30-£60 extra fot the xtx-xtx's you may as well go for it, think some people are having trouble getting the xt's up to xtx speeds aswell.. im planning on going for a single xtx just deciding wether to get the xfire board aswell giving me future option of x-fire or stick with my nforce one

Im in the same boat here mate, lucky though I have a mate that needs a 2nd hand nForce board so I could be sorted there.

I would go for the XT-X, they seem to have much better cores and overclock really well.

I think for the extra I will just go for the XT-X, ordering it tomorrow

The XTX also have faster memory chips than the newer XT's. 1.1 vs 1.2
