X1900XTX overclocking query

So, as normal, raise the core by 10Mhz, test it. Once it artifacts, go back to the Voltage Control, raise the VGPU by one step. 1.325 I think it is.

Test again - I would not go over 1.4V for 24/7 use - others have used 1.5V for major overclocking.

**EDIT** After further investgation, the Stock core Voltage is 1.4V so 1.45V 24/7 or 1.55V for max clocks

Once you have found your max core - either personal choice or card limits, drop it back by a MINIMUM of 10Mhz, if this allows a voltage decrease, decrease the voltage to where it was stable and back the mhz down by 5Mhz.

Now, memory!

Same as with the core, raise by 10Mhz, test etc. Once you reach a stage where it artifacts, lower the MVDDC by 0.020 ruffly, test at the last stable speed, now try raise by 10Mhz again. Keep lowering the voltage until you find your perfect speed, again - drop it down 10mhz from its max clocks.

How do I go about doing the above? ^^

I currently have clocked the X1900XTX to 648/774

Don't want to go any higher till I have sorted the above!
