X1900XTX reporting wrong clocks?

Hi Guys,

Got a 1900XTX today but I’m running into a few issues. Both ATi tool with the basic ATi drivers (no CC) and ATi CC itself seem to suggest that the Core freq for my card is 500mhz and my RAM 600mhz and I cant for the life of me figure out why.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

That'll be it's 2D clock speed, once it enters 3D mode it'll run at what ever speed it should do.
