X1900XTX Speed query

Hi Chaps,

Picture below show the clock speeds for my X1900XTX - I thought the core speed of the card is 650MHz - mine shows 500MHz - if anyone can shed any light on this i'd be grateful - thanks,

P.S. I'm not using ATiTool because even if I disable the ati2evxx like it says - it doesnt recognise the clock speeds properly.
