x1950 pro AGP - which Catalyst?

when i had the card i think i used the 7.2 or 7.5/7.6 . cant remember exactly but i think any of those drivers would be good.
oh and check out for hotfixes, i think there were quite a few for the the x1950 agp card.

I've been using 7.6 until a few days ago.
The 7.6 gave me no problems at all and have worked flawlessly, I only just changed to the 8.8 (Display Driver only) as Spore gave me a message about my drivers being old and when first playing the game I though I was missing some textures, but it turned my "cell" was actually translucent !
No issues so far with 8.8s (I reckon the CCC was giving me loads of problems before with any drivers higher than 7.6), also noticed a large jump in 3Dmark 2005 results from 6k with 7.6s to 6.9K with 8.8s
