Which is better?

Going from a 7900GS 256Mb. Currently swayed toward the GTO with it having 512Mb RAM but the £131 price tag for the sapphire x1950 Pro is very tempting, but only 256Mb

Plus i do plan to get one of the new SLI boards so again the GTO may be best for SLI in future
